Amazon carries it, the 3M brand with 3M brand adhesive is the way to go.

It's about impossible to keep mildew/black stains out of it in any kind of tropicalish wx.  I think if you have a nice sunbrella wheel cover it will prolong it but I have only been able to get about a year or so before it starts going black.  Still redo it though because I like it, the two days of hand stitching sucks though.

It looks great and works well after your hands heal up from pulling the line tight with each knot. Done it twice and will likely do it again with new boat.
