Sure glad the US has never done anything remotely similar . .

Mr. Floyd ?  Paging Mr. Floyd ?

Oh the irony. This from someone who claims 'whataboutism' every time he wants to duck thinking about how his side fucks the dog.

Now a judicial execution of a reporter is the same as a cop who unlawfully killed a black man - just to duck having to take a stand on the Iran execution.

Where's that moral courage you so loudly proclaim? Seems to have gone missing.

Iran executes exiled journalist who encouraged 2017 protests

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — Iran on Saturday executed an exiled journalist over his online work that helped inspire nationwide economic protests in 2017, a little more than a year after authorities tricked him into traveling to Iraq where he was abducted.

Ruhollah Zam, 47, was one of several opposition figures successfully seized by Iranian intelligence operatives abroad in recent months as Tehran struggles under the weight of U.S. sanctions.

Kidnapping and executing Zam, who lived in Paris under what Iran described as French government protection, likely will further chill an already-scattered Iranian opposition across the West. It also comes as Iran tries to pressure France and other European nations over the collapsed atomic accord in the waning days of President Donald Trump’s administration.

Iranian state television referred to Zam as “the leader of the riots” in announcing his execution by hanging early Saturday. In June, a court sentenced Zam to death, saying he had been convicted of “corruption on Earth,” a charge often used in cases involving espionage or attempts to overthrow Iran’s government.

Zam himself had fled Iran after the 2009 protests, heading first to Malaysia and then to France.

The Mad Mullahs are just following the Quran which  their constitution is based on since the 1979 Islamic revolution.

Quote

Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and spread mischief in the land is death, crucifixion, cutting off their hands and feet on opposite sides, or exile from the land. This ˹penalty˺ is a disgrace for them in this world, and they will suffer a tremendous punishment in the Hereafter.1

How can anyone support the Islamic regime who killed over 1500 protestors last year and routinely hang atheists homosexuals and blasphemers. If you oppose the Islamic regime they call you an enemy of god and hang you which makes it difficult to overthrow this regime.

All but exterminating indigenous Americans was state policy, as was slavery . .

And you know all about Hiroshima and Nagasaki, don't you.

The Ayatollahs are boy scouts in comparison.

The Hyper-power has a log in its eye.

As, apparently, do you.

I have to agree that Mr Floyd is a terrible example to be used.

However the fact remains that america is not one to be casting stones at others for poorly-justified executions of those they dislike.

Yeah, it's like Jeffery Dahmer waging his finger in your face and demanding that you go vegan.

Just look up the number of journalists the US murdered in Iraq -  (mostly 2003-2010)

And Mr. Floyd's death was just as much a state execution as that poor guy in Iran.

Yes a terrible comparison

Nothing in autopsy report supports your lie of crushed windpipe or being choked.

Toxicology results show George had 11 nanograms of Fentanyl in his system also notes 3 nanograms is sufficient to be fatal. George had nearly 4x of what can be a fatal dose in his system.

Video shows he first complained of breathing difficulty while in police car when the police weren't touching his neck. Breathing difficulty is a major symptom of Fentanyl overdose.

Fentanyl is 100 times stronger than morphine it killed Prince and Michael Jackson

Fentanyl: the facts

Fentanyl is about 100 times stronger than morphine and there is a small margin between the therapeutic dose and toxic dose. Therefore it is very easy to overdose on this drug.Fentanyl acts very quickly inside the body and this fast action can cause you to stop breathing much quicker than other drugs and therefore has a much greater chance of overdose

Overdose

Signs of overdose may include:• Rapid onset of breathing difficulties, shallow or slow breathing – fentanyl often makes people stop breathing;• Confusion;• Fainting;• Cold and clammy skin and low body temperature;• Bluish skin and nails because of low oxygen;• Coma and death

Due to the strength of fentanyl the potential for overdose is high
