I came across this short (6½ minute) new movie.  A Night At The Garden.

A 1939 Nazi rally.  At Madison Square Gardens.  In New York.  In the USA.

This was while Britain was preparing to fight to the death to prevent Europe and the world from sinking into a new dark age.

Chilling and horrifying.  It's well worth watching.

Interesting how many empty seats there were at that rally, and how the crowd was positioned to minimize that optic..... Kinda like a Trump rally.... Hmmm.... Coincidence?

Many of us grew up in homes where that thinking went on . .  

My dad had a copy of Mein Kamph on his bookshelf  . . 

I never read it until I was an adult. 

It is a stupid book, but quite honest as to Der Fuhrer's evil plans. 

(My dad was redeemed, pretty much after a fashion) 

One shudders to think what Hitler might have accomplished were it not for that stupid 'stash . .
