While growing SA, I also worked in talk radio and for a short while, got hired by E-Trade to do a business talk radio show. One of the guys that hired us also had a stock trader forum and it was there that I started to see how online communities could develop. I started to think that we could create a community and encouraged readers to submit content and started the forums as ways to make the site about the community.
