If business was good to employees, employees wouldn't seek out unions for protection.

Is that why the vast majority of employees never seek out unions for protection?

By your standards, you have proven my case.  Thanks!

The vast majority do not seek protection because they are often bullied by corporate managers hell bent on keeping the status quo. Union busting has been a fixture of corporate America for more than 150 years.

If you feel that you are being "bullied" by your boss, get a new job.

Everything you need to know about today's unions.....can be learned right here. If you think for one second that Hell-A teachers actually give one flying fuk about the children....you would be beyond mistakingly mistaken. They're all just racist, bigoted & selfish self centered twat-waffles who have single handingly have ruined an entire generation of minority kid's chances of of succeeding in life. The fuking harm they have done is irreparable....and they should all be fuking fired and their union dissolved....

Just as long as the government hasn't interfered in that decision. ...

So, "enforcing the law" is the same as the gov't interfering in a business decision, nyet?

If it means laws that overwhelmingly favor unions.  It used to be that it was against the law to run away from your slave owner.  Did you support those laws?

No, If you are being bullied by your boss, set a new standard for the company. Better business, better working conditions, should be the goal.

Just about all child care facilities have closed over the last year due to the pandemic, the subsidy is temporary, not permanent and is just until things return to normal. Get excited about something important, the cost is being hosted by the federal stimulus, it's not even coming out of your Mexican taxes.

Your choice in a free society.  I think a company that bullies its employees deserves to get driven out of business.

You just suggested that they get a new job. Have you made up your mind yet?

If all the good employees leave, what happens to the company?  You have no idea how the world actually works, do you?

So, a half-wit gave you a piece of his mind, and you held on to it.

The jizzer is really mounting some compelling arguments here.

Is this the worst possible place to post that or is there somewhere I don't know about?

The perp will be going back to jail, and probably for a long time since it was a hate crime. The two doormen are under no obligation to put themselves in danger, what law requires that? If the management company expects them to respond in those situations, then they should arm, train, and pay them accordingly.

Give them a phone.

That’s why I have no desire to live in New York City. I like life in boring old Wisconsin where most of us have old school values. It doesn’t make the news, but it’s pretty common around here to see a bar empty out to beat the shit out of a guy beating up a woman. I should rephrase that. It’s not a common incident, but when it happens, we don’t really tolerate it.

The generalizations are getting nauseating.  It seems that any instance of negative behavior presented on this forum needs to be assigned to a group, in this case, people who live within geographical boundaries.
