Betcha it starts to blow 25-35 NNW Sunday morning...

What a beautiful day though; absolutely picture postcard perfect.

In a year or 2...no more work, no more looking at boats.....

Anyone giving up their ride?

I'm happy to take your place!

I'll be happy to chase the cup hard, but I'll be just as happy enjoying the scenery as we cruise down if this is your plan...

Let's talk. I'm happy to help in any role.

I can also be available as crew for a delivery back to Newport Beach. -If this is on a weekend, this would work best for me.

Janer,

The Woodster will need a large, high power spotlight and a helecopter to take pictures of the fleet. He can probably take the Woody out after Fidlers' last call. I recall being off the Coronados at 2am last year. He can get the rest of the fleet at sunrise off Pt. Loma.

Bobbo,

For once, I think you are right!

Special note to Mad Max: Turn left now! Have margaritas in San Diego and avoid getting "the revenge" in Ensenada..the Hobie does not have a plumbed head right?

Well, still hoping there is breeze somewhere. Wait..I see it is right here in SB..15 to 18 today. Glad I'm sailing here tomorrow.

Ensenada is off my list..done it too many times. The destination sucks..a sadly poor town, full of children begging on the streets and then...2,000 drunk gringo sailors, not really a good picture

I think most of the 4000 sailors out there would like to swap with you by now.....hate to be on those boats that have there downwind rating based on ability to surf, since everyone is basically beating all the way unless they take the LT at SD 1.

Nem,

Do you think it was good inside or outside for Sprit B?

Clew

Neither by the looks of things Clew. When LoReal finished at 9:30am, you have to figure it was rough all over.

Last night we saw a few bigguns bobbing in nothing off of Windansea/Bird Rock area. Looked really ugly. Then the fog came and everything got wet. So I guess outside was the call, but who knows.

I'm glad to have the couple of days off to rest, recoup and prep the boat for Yachting Cup to be honest. Now if I can just find a bowman!
