yes exactly that is what I think in this situation. The reason is that after tacking both boats can have almost same dtf....different twa...but almost same dtf.

No further split needed At has already quite aome leverage to the north...dependending on when and how the shift to the north happens he may gain a lot....I think very very difficult to cover a 100 percent...because both of them dont know exactly how and when the shift comes....So AT hast a big...

Dont think wind will get much lighter for at...Wednesday evening according to windfinder wind will change to East north east..good time to tack. He can sail around him, I.e pass in the north..if he can point on the other tack?
