Yep - She's up for sail right now for $16k.
It has a brand new paint job. That includes the hull, deck, mast and boom. Sprayed awlgrip. Refer to my Catalina pictures on your thread for reference. Excellent condition racing Doyle D4 kevlar genoa and main and an excellent condition spinnaker. Very fast 100% mylar blade. An older spinnaker, along with a brand new dacron main and another in good condition, and probably a dozen other used sails that are fine for cruising. Toilet with pump-out attachment on the deck (which most S2's don't have). Built in battery charger and shore-power hookout, and a couple 120 AC outlets in the interior. Sailcomp magnetic compass and 2 spare gyro-compasses. Brand new airmar boat speed paddle wheel and B&G multifunction display. Minimum weight rudder (52 lbs), maximum weight daggerboard, and minimum weight hull. Racing in nationals requires lead corrector weights (which I have) because it's the lightest 7.9 in the fleet. 6 horse Johnson outboard with long shaft, and a new outboard system on the back. Cascade backstay (rather than pinch) with a melges 24 flicker batten so it clears the mainsail roach. Custom trailer that was single-dip galvanized, with new electric brakes installed 3 years ago and an emergency disconnect battery. Windows were rebedding 4 years ago with black 3M 4200. 6:1 / 3:1 double ended mainsheet, continuous harken traveler, solid vang. The only problem I'm aware of with the boat is that the lexan cover for the dagger board has small cracks around the screw holes because I overtightened it. That's a $80 fix. No name has ever been painted on the hull, so it truly is turn key and ready to go. Never done worse than 3rd in a race in the time I've owned it.
Sure wish I could keep it - I had just finished getting it 'perfect'. But it's just not big enough for a family of five and two dogs.
