Kinda looks OK on that schooner, but again, not done so well, IMO. To illustrate my point, here's two clipper bows from the, Farr Office - Big Red's works a treat (the concave is not overworked) but not so much on NZ Endeavour. She wasn't as fast either!!!

Just make sure the standing ends are not snipped too short. You never know when a splice might be needed in the future. ;-)

Nice boat. But, I do not like that clipper bow at all, Digits. Much prefer the spoon bow on, Forever. Looks like a couple of unfriendly orcas have nibbled the front off. But she's very nice below decks and I've no doubt, no slug. But speaking of spoon bows, nobody did/does them better than, Des...

Lovely boat. One of Bob Perry's, IINM. She turned up here, sans rig.

Lovely, Mummery 40' cruiser for sale, on TradeMe. Shame about all the COTB and that hard dodger, but not at all irredeemable. https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/motors/boats-marine/yachts/keeler/listing/3430763928?bof=LvVQs3Fc

THE IMOCA thread, single/double handed & TOR

Really a good idea to see all that high density foam stuck on that deckhead (beams).
