Can't wait to see it. Lars has the molds for the A1/A4 but I think he only builds when someone asks for one. i wonder who the builder will be.

It is Armington and Herrin. Here is their blog site which gives details about both of them, their sailing and the a-cat build they did with a OH Rogers design (I believe) and molds. http://ah-sailing.blogspot.com/ They did a great job with the build and are racing them in Florida and elsewhere.

I think that the weight rule helped to save the class. that is what I was informed by some long standing class members when I first joined the class.

I think the development in this class is great and believe the technical committee is looking after the class to promote growth. It was one of the earlier committees that institued the minimum weight which helped revive the class in the mid to late 90's. Keep up the great work.

With all the new boats coming out this year, the D3, Arrow 2, DNA MKIII, Paragon and a few one offs it should be an interesting years to watch in the lead up to the Worlds this year. I am sure that I have missed a couple or more new projects so I will apologize now for doing so. Nothing is...
