LR B1 and B2 are shrinkwrapped at the wharf ready for shipping back. Interestingly Max Sirena is still in town - I almost literally bumped into him on Thursday morning as he was wandering downtown with his son :-)

Then he doesn't get to enter and he doesn't get to complain... Unless he of course has no honour or respect...

Shall I peek under that ignore rock TC? Is it evidence of ETNZ complaining about OTUSAs hip pocket challenge, or video highlights of all the predicted pitch polling, or just more broken english trolling? I guess I'll never know.

Yup that would fit :-) I wonder what the story is then... Seems odd (again)

'represent'? How does this work? A claim like this is pretty much the perfect way to ensure you are not going to be classed as "essential'. PB "It's not essential I be there, so I'd like my son to take my place" Not going to wash... Not sure PB is treating NZ with much respect with complaints...

I've often wondered if the red-square super-flimsy deck was just a very light lid on top of the actual structural elements. The reason this is interesting, is that it affords LR the ability to remove the lid, and gain similar sail surface area lower down ala ETNZ. Perhaps this has always been...

True, but that applies to the teams not the fans. And in this case the actual example was about illustrating that LR are (overly?) confident about ETNZ ;-)

Another great video @Mozzy Sails! I also recall an incident in the race when jimmy started counting slowly and Bruni just talked over him, saying all in one go "three-two-one-drop!" which seemed like he was almost pissed off... I know there was talk about these two not getting on, and I do...

Either way it's pretty weird to have to make modifications to a boat that had only just splashed days before.

Splitting hairs mate - in short it was the Italians gig - not ETNZ's until they had to redesign it.
