It's remote heads I think, they provides stability and makes the camera move. The grip department is in charge of this remote heads, while the camera dept is responsible for the camera / lens put on the head.  Sometimes the remote head can be attached to a crane, and the crane can be on tracks...

Uhm well so the head is 99% the Shotover. Which is simply amazing. It's even better than the one they used in Cagliari for the LR web series, that was the Flight Head Mini. The camera was probably an Alexa Mini
