What’s homophobic or bigoted about asking someone why the are prancing around like a gay dude?

Joking about gays or homosexuality is not homophobia either.  

The jokes are still around.  The scoffing is still around.  People are just much more careful to keep their snowflake radar on at all times.   

Sexual harassment has always been around and always will be.  I don’t understand why anyone would do it in the workplace but they do. i don’t think people were necessarily ignorant about homosexuality and gays back then.   I think that now days there are simply much worse someone could be.
