Directly next door to MOHAI is the Center for Wooden Boats, there is a lot of interesting stuff to poke at there. I have tons of volunteer hours at CWB (I'm a volunteer instructor there) and would be happy to take an Aussie out for a sail on one of their boats. Lake Union is fun to poke around...
