I simply looked up AS list of measure-er(s), pick one, and he came down and it took about 3 hrs.

TS, the big advantage of a LPHS system is it handicaps based on actual performance, so it's a empirical measure.
Were as CBH, SMS, AMS, ORC & IRC all take a bunch of measurements and hope theoretically to deduce a boats performance.

A 9er MCE plaque. Probably 3000 issued per year, very thin mylar, you try to remove them, they become void. Used on 49ers, 29ers, FX and a few other classes. The serial number is unique, so you just have to declare the number. jB
