True, Regularly on the news:  they want to ban busses and large hotels. That's why the already build america's cup harbor in Valencia might be a good idea.  

Another good reasonto choose for Barcelona is it is about the most luxurious town to party in Europe. Countless restaurants, bars, nightclubs. Not to forget 5 star hotels, top musea, and a very special cathedral by top architect Antoni Gaudi. Not cheap though but the cup never was.
