Julian,
I'm considering using EVA on a new build. What prep for the deck would be best. The construction is plywood-epoxy-fiberglass. Would I need to prime and paint first or can I go directly over the epoxy finish after peel ply is removed. I realize that water ways would need primer and paint.

I'm starting a build of a 5.5 m boat. Rig is deck stepped 7/8 foretriangle 25.114 feet length, single swept spreaders. A U20 rig or similar would work. Any leads would be appreciated. Located in SoCal but open to other locations.
I'm wondering if any of the SA fabricators have any firsthand experience using bamboo cloth in lieu of fiberglass as a sheathing material with epoxy. It's a renewable product and all.
Jud

Thanks Matigi
I'll look into these
