100% agree. FWIW i’m not implying any deliberate rule breaking just that there are some questions not answered & that causes the speculation.

So now it wasn’t that it was incorrectly weighed / built, it simply gained that weight along the way, without new certs? “Boats” do gain weight. Top tier medcup / S2H winning racing yachts, the type you can’t take your 170gram phone aboard on, really shouldn’t gain weight.
