This is the part of the story that has left me very confused. I can understand the bad shit that happened when caught in the mess, but based on the performance of this boat and the wind conditions, I would have thought they would have been 100s of miles away from it at least.

The longer the wait on this investigative report, the lesser its value will be. I am thinking this one isnt going to see the light of day anytime soon and we should proceed as such. Clean wants people to call him so that there isnt any paper trail of what might slip out. This one is done.
