Rojoyinc, When capsizing I always try to keep the mainsail sheet in hand, and not let go! This can allow to put a safety float at the top of the mast, so as not to turtle... I found an empty cubitinair which I inflated by mouth, and attached to my top of the mast with a small rope thin 30cm...

Sellers are rather people who have had changes in their personal live (change of job, a birth....) and have no time to go to sailing. Or also people who have a health problem But I don't think it's problem with the boat, which is strong, and is an easy sailing dinghy Mine is 4 years old and is...

I think that If your rudder bushings don't have any backlash, they have not to be replaced, so the bushings delivered by fulcrum speedworks are for your spares

You need to use only one of these white mast spacers at the lower part of your mast ( improve mast rotation). The second spacer is for your spare

I'hve some salt water in my UFO's hull because I forgot to close one of the 2 caps.... Do you think it should be better to rinse with clear water?

No, it can't fall out because there isn't enough space between the rudder blade and the rudder head, unless you unscrew the wheel all the way ... (which I never do except when disassembling). I've had this system for 2 years, and I've never lost the plastic tip.

I don't remember where I exactly  bought the knurled knob... But, here is a little drawing I made for my rudder brake system (I made a mistake in my previous post, because the plastic tip is not threaded)

Steve and Dave Clarks Unidentified Foiling Object

    Yes the tip is threaded

If this can help, here is my rudder brake, made of a stainless steel screw (diameter approximately 5/16 inches (M8 metric system)) , a plastic knurled knob, and a plastic tip (brake on the rudder blade)

I'm very interested too, but so far from US that delivery could not be possible... So, would you give me some informations about these straps; lenght, width. And could you send me some pics showing how they are made, and some building details

What is the best way to dismount the 2 parts of a mast blocked by salt ? Several months ago, I saw a solution, but I can't find it again in the forum...
