    Almost impossible to stay anywhere close to another boat (even a sistership) on this route due to different speeds and different sailing philosophies. All the old timers on T-Pac returns would have a delivery SSB net set up so all could talk to each other, and get real time weather across the trip.

    Yosemite Nat'l Park has had to fight for years to be able to thin out the forests on the valley floor. Some areas were (are) so congested you cannot walk thru the scrub trees. The tree hugger fanatics have been fighting any attempt at thinning for years. Thankfully, it's now moving ahead slowly

    Could be better, but quite difficult to apply. Any tension on the strands would pull the tow to the inside of the curve or right off the tube. That's the benefit of using sleeve, you CAN tension it while working and it's trapped in place
