VOR Leg 1 Alicante to Cape Town

The competitors should NOT be given the location of others. The race can, unlike this one get very very dull watching a 'follow my leader fleet' At least it now looks like Camper has got a grip and doing something different. Go G :D

VOR Leg 1 Alicante to Cape Town

Good luck to Frank and co.. a brave move, maybe too brave, perhaps will pick up the documented North Easter "the main concern lies in the changes in winds that occur at about the point at which Cape Bojador is passed in sailing down the coast. It is here that the winds start to blow strongly...

Constructive discussion... I think GS is on the money. Am sure there would be a number of other clubs who would love to have some or one of these glorious monsters, the elite sportspeople that go with them / attracted to them and increased media profile etc. parked outside or visiting their...

    CYCA Embraces Multihulls ...

Reckon this is more about the SH, keeping it real in terms of an international premier ocean race and the sponsors needing some comfort for global audiences I reckon the general public especially the Euros, associate ocean racing and offshore events with super speed Multi-hulls, with a couple...
