In RI there's a good local option; Broomfield's. Down by the strip clubs on Allens Ave. in south Providence. http://www.ibroomfieldandson.net/ Used to be that there was always a big pile of custom and production keels in the front yard of Broomfields ready to ship out, but it's pretty quiet...- InsideScoop
