My jib halyard is integrated too. To be fair that picture was taken during rigging so cleaner than reality! I have rigged a few boats now, sailed many more, so have a few areas of inspiration. Keep it simple, friction free and easy to see.

Super easy, the guys are integrated and do not have to be attached and do not come back into the boat, just the sheets. Although you can have a fine tune if you desire... All you do is pull the "in use" pole out when you set, release to gybe and pull out the new pole.
It is a lot of fittings...
