Even though it's the "fun" race, I'm guessing these skippers burn $50k+ on sails, flights, hotels, shipping the boat back, pros (??). Protesting is legit. Dropping out to avoid the room, especially when the only testimony required is "go measure it", is an admission of guilt imo.- eastern motors
