Two thumbs up for both BAR and the Spot. The Spot today is effectively Pepe’s II, with the original ovens and shorter lines. BAR’s bacon and mashed potato pie is much, much better than it should have any right to be.- jewingiv

Lived in West Hartford as a single guy in my 20s a while ago, I got into sailing out of Cedar Point (75mins away without traffic). My impression of the scene there was that metro Hartford's dating scene looks great on paper - highly educated people, good jobs, etc - but in reality was pretty...- jewingiv
