Hartford Connecticut?
Detoured on the way back from NH last summer, checked out my old house in West Hartford. Drove past the ice rink and the church (now a school?) and was impressed by the revitalization of the Main Street area… lots of multicultural shops & eateries. Looked pretty trendy.
