GREAT post. The most interesting data point to me is the nearly 2% advantage of 15-ish year old girls in club membership; I'm not too familiar with the Oz scene but I have to imagine if it's anything like here there's close to gender parity out the gate, and then youth racing seems to reward...- onepointfivethumbs
