    stanchions for Express 37 (or other Santa Cruz ULDBs)?

    I'm glad I found this thread. I have recently bought an E37 and some of the stanchions are loose and there is certainly water in the holes where they sit. Sounds like that is perfectly normal and I shouldn't worry about water seeping into the core?

    The ability to tighten it loosen the foot of the sail with one hand from the cockpit while sailing up wind sounds like a pretty helpful feature to me.

    It is Pazzo. Anyone know the history of the boat? Currently nothing happens when you pull the line. The outhaul passes it and goes directly to the front of the boom. That can’t be right as there is no winch on the mast or any other way to get adequate purchase on the outhaul. I think I...

    Hi. I just bought an Express 37 and I’m trying to figure it out what the block and tackle inside the boom is for and how it should be rigged. You can see one end of with three blocks from underneath the boom right behind the line jams. The end of the line exits the boom about 3/4 of the way...
