    Yea, I skimmed his EO yesterday.   We'll see where it goes.  Mostly, the EO orders a LOT of review/data collection.  Optimistically, that's the foundation for new policies or removal of ineffective ones.  Pessimistically, it's "yea, we looked at it, nothing we can do under existing statues...

    :)   I don't know if I'd go THAT far but I do believe that regulations, particularly pertaining to licenses, has run amok in some states.   I understand.  I've had a few bad contractors in my life and it's frustrating and people think 'there ought to be a law...' but pretty soon, Timmy's...
