    Stun Guns: Dangerous and Unusual?

I don't think any army is issuing tasers to front line troops, so not needed for militias, therefore, not covered under the 2A.

discuss what? that stun "guns" aren't "guns?" - that's pretty evident. About as close to a gun as a slingshot is, and those are sometimes banned.

    Stun Guns: Dangerous and Unusual?

Really, how is it uninformed? Electroshock devices are as related to firearms as brass knuckles are - and guess what, regulated... California. California imposes a strict ban on all kinds of brass knuckles, whether they are metal or plastic. This includes selling, buying, using, carrying...

    Stun Guns: Dangerous and Unusual?

It doesn’t seem to apply to missiles, grenades, etc. But you also ignore the militia language so nothing new for you. My “opinion” is that your gun fetish is a mass sickness killing Americans at an incredible clip. Unfortunately it has metastasized. What you dumb asses don’t realize is the...

Why would the 2nd apply to electric doodads? A firearm, or “arm” is pretty clearly defined. Missiles? Not arms Tanks? Nope Artillery? Hmm, not sure. Electric doodads? Certainly not an arm. Batt powered sex toys have more in common technologically with a taser than a firearm does.

About the only thing I've seen that could work is holding venues liable for security. It's not like schools, malls, movie theaters, post offices, etc don't know that their customers hold a non-zero chance of being shot on their premises. Make them at least financially liable, and their insurance...

    Stun Guns: Dangerous and Unusual?

I can ask again. Are devices that aren't guns, arms? Slingshots? shuriken? brass knuckles? Stun guns? (not guns, maybe they look enough like a pistol to be an arm?) If not "arms" - then why can't they be regulated?(And, uh, btw, arms are regulated as well, just like speech)
