    Luna Rossa Challenge. AC 37

You sure it's as much as 5%?

Why didn't NZL take a penalty here?

Sportsmanship?  What you're suggesting is basically a professional foul.

AC36: The Match (6-15th March. Reserve days to the 21st)

So you're a bit closer to the actual action with regards Chinese sailing... Think they'll challenge for AC37?

Hot land = sea breeze. Looking better, three hours to go

AC36: The Match (6-15th March. Reserve days to the 21st)

I'd say about 5 knots out here at the moment.

    AC36 - The Venue

Depending on how you read it I suppose .. two dollars and sixty five point nine cents a litre.

    AC36 - The Venue

$265.9 a litre for 92 ron at my local gassy. Three outlets on the island, all about the same price. Might be cheaper to refuel at half moon bay marina, you'd have to check with them direct.

    Alinghi Challenge AC37

I'd love to see Alinghi back in the AC. I just don't want them to win it.

    n00b question re: jibs

They'd struggle to get the shape they want with a furling jib, that's why you don't see furlers used on fully crewed race boats. Having said that furling systems are a lot better than they used to be, but still nothing like good enough for this level.

    AC36 - The Venue

If you mean Waiheke rather than Waihiki then make sure you bring enough fuel from the mainland. It's bloody expensive here.

    Corona Virus

I think the entire tourism industry in NZ is with you on that.

    INEOS Team GB

Probably a bad choice of analogies there... Dane Coles (AB's hooker for all you none rugby fans) has run a few in from the wing. But I agree Ben may not be the ideal choice for helm on an apparent wind driven rocket.

    How come no foil collisions?

Not pristine but pretty good. There are boats that go around the harbour specifically pulling rubbish out of the water. Bad storms can add a few washed out trees to the water, that can make things interesting.

    Emirates Team New Zealand.

You forgot the Steinlager, very important... Can't stand it myself, but free beer is not to be sniffed at.
