I should finish in the next few minutes. I managed to crack the 1100 barrier. Might not sound a great finish but from where I dropped back to over the the moments i could not get to a computer I am happy enough. Looks like you will get me in the end. It would have been nice to break into the 1100 by the end of the race but it not going to be. Considering I feel back as far as 2200 to finish where I am am is not to disapointing. I hope to finish today!!

Don't give up. I was in the lates 1800's 2 days ago now in the mid 1400's. 1446 and steady for the day. Wind was down to 3.3 knots for a couple of hours today in the doldrums back up to 7.6 a few hours later. Finally got past cranky. :D

Over the holidays it was hard to get to check what was going on so you just shut your eyes and hoped for the best. I think the longest time between checking the boat was around 3 days. I have had no real excuse...

As I only look at the game once or twice a day during normal working day it took me 3 days to work out that I had to sail in the opposite direction to get away from the land. It sux but there are still a truck load of people behind you, me included...

How is it that Cranky is ahead of Dramling? What is the story here. Do you need to pass through the ice gate from north to south?
