He admitted in his memoir that he was still heavily using drugs regularly while obtaining the permit and gun.  Why dont the Dems enforce the gun laws on the books now?     Lying on the form is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. For being a user of unlawful drugs in possession of a firearm, the punishment is up to five years. Serious question, why do you question that image? You have seen many similar photos of Hunter that have been confirmed, haven't you.  What is so odd about that one?

Are you talking about the Hunter Biden thing or in general?  If the Hunter Biden thing, (1) I don't know that the relevant prosecutor isn't pursuing something and (2) talk to your legislator.  If in general, you'll have to paint with a less-broad brush to engage me on-topic.

I question the image because it has no attribution, no claim consistent with yours, no face, and even if it did have a face it could have been 'shopped.

As to Hunter not disputing the image, I doubt he reads Turkish newspapers and Albanian Twitter --- such that he may be unaware of the image and associated claim.  Alternatively, you may (as others have suggested) may be BSing about Hunter not disputing the image.

What exactly do you contend is unconstitutional:  spending government resources to arrest someone who has been indicted by a grand jury; using handcuffs and ankle shackles when arresting someone who has been indicted by a grand jury; strip and body cavity searches of arrestees at intake (I have not seen him claim a cavity search)?  The first two are laughable, the third can be an issue in some cases, but it is my understanding that invasive searches of arrestees is not per se unconstitutional, even if there is a lack of probable cause for the search (Bell v. Wolfish)?  So what, exactly, is unconstitutional?

 He claimed executive privlege.  Fine, first get a judge to agree that it does not apply, and them obtain an arrest warrant. Tell him or his lawyer he has 24 hours to surrender.

But that's not how it works.  "Privilege" isn't some magic word that lets you ignore a subpoena.  The mechanism to assert privilege is to show up and assert privilege on the specific subject matter (i.e., to specific questions asked) or, in the case of documents, search for the documents and assert privilege on the individual documents.  It is only when the judge knows specifically what subject matter and documents are at issue that the judge can determine if privilege applies.  Moreover, the committee made clear that they had questions that did not involve privilege.   He had no excuse not to show.

Meadows and Scavino did not comply and they were not indicted arrested. If he wasnt a white guy the ACLU  would be all over this. 

We can only speculate as to why the DOJ didn't indict Meadow/Scavino, but those speculations are addressed in plenty of other places.
