From his interview with Rep. Cheney -

Rep. Cheney - “General Flynn, do you believe in the peaceful transfer of power in the United States?”
General Flynn - “Fifth.”

I wish she would have asked "General Flynn, do you believe in the Constitution of the United States?"

"Just the Fifth".

For this, he should have been... should still be... stripped of rank and have his pension stopped.

I’ve been thinking that Meadows has some kind of deal short of full immunity. He’s just been completely out of the public eye at a time when the rest of Trumpworld has been frantically bullshitting for dollars. The story about witness tampering has me rethinking this. If he is cooperating with DoJ he has to stop criming for a few months.
I still wonder if Meadows is cooperating with the DoJ. The story that the witness intimidation came from him could have been a red herring, to allow the actual perp to relax a little bit. Or it did come from him, but was actually from some time ago (and was directed at someone else) before he agreed to cooperate.

Another thought… anyone seen Hope Hicks?

From RawStory, Rudy Giuliani as he tried to undermine Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony, said this little gem:
"The January 6 Witch Hunt Cabal has now exceeded even its prior fraudulent," he said. "The last witness was a reckless liar. Contrary to her false testimony she was never present when I asked for a pardon."

Admitted something, did he?

He followed up with an attempt to fix that comment with “Actually, I told the President I did not want or need one.”

The way [email protected] sees it, the POTUS could demand to go skydiving without a parachute and the Secret Service would have to go along with it.
The whole thing about disputing Hutchinson’s testimony re the Trumper Tantrum in the SUV was pure bullshit from bullshitters, to be spread by bullshitters. There are pics and video, and the story was circulating in DC at the time. Remember the bullshitters who brought the bullshit here.

I believe it has been reported Ms. Hutchinson was the recipient of those texts.

Can't charge them with that. They prevented Trump from joining the battle. Confiding privately they had to fight him to do it betrays pride in that decision, not doubt. From appearances to date they were MAGAs but weren't down with the sickness.
The only ones who did anything wrong re the SUV were the ones who bullshitted about it to discredit a witness and deflect from the fact that The Pride of New York knowingly sent an armed mob to the Capitol. They weren't testifying under oath so it wasn’t criminal.

Seems unlikely they would blab to Meadow's 24 year old assistant but not blab to their brother agents about it. Must have assumed their brother agents would follow the code and remain silent. Their brothers will never forgive or forget they were forced to bust the code. It's an embarrassment to the officers and the service.

Ah well...Mar A Lago must need guards. But wait...they disobeyed a direct order from Trump so that's out.

Walmart's hiring security personnel though...

When they took the job they swore an oath to defend the Constitution against enemies foreign, and domestic, and to tell the truth.
Just like any govt. employee. The oath goes with the job, whether it's beat cop, Sec. of State, SS officer, or mail room clerk in the dept. of housing and Urban Development.

All someone has to do is swear in and testify under oath that he didn’t tell her. Until then, hers is the only sworn testimony, and I don’t see anyone rushing to take the oath.
