Hoping to deliver an E Scow to Stockton on the same day and maybe practice some E Scow match racing. Or turbo a Santana 22 with a J/24 kite and big pole and fill the cockpit with beer and ice.
PHRT is talking about going again this year but nothing written in stone at this time we still have to get together and drink about it. It would be a blast to get 2 or 3 Scows all doing a delivery at the same time. I know there is one sitting in Brick yard cove looking unloved and have heard rumors of another one in Alameda anyone have a lead on the owners??

So far we aren’t sure if we will be doing it or not this year. I have been talking to the Scow Billy COTW and she has some guys that want to bring an A-Scow over from the Mid-West but that’s on tap for next year. I’m sure if we could even get 1 other E to commit that PHRT would also!! I have heard from a metric shit ton of others that they want to travel over here and do this so now its time to step up!! So I challenge any and all Scow anarchist drag your Popsicle boat out here I’ll find places to put you and your crew up for a few nights!!

If WD can wrangle me up a scow I'll put together a crew of drunk college sailors for the delivery. If not, does anyone have a spinnaker pole from anything between a Santana 22 to an Olson 30 that I can borrow (or buy)? Next, how does one get a NorCal PHRF cert for a Santana 22 with a J/24 kite and oversize spin pole?

Go to yra.org for the cert. They don't meet every month for new ratings, so you might want to get your phrf form in asap, especially if you need a custom rating. They'll find a rating for you, just be specific on every mod.
