There's no better feeling beating a T7 to the top mark, even if it is the cruising version.

Then we tried to sail between the mark and Vivace, which had hooked the mark and was trying to remove itself! Bugger!

And nothing worse than being on the cruising T7 on the layline, than watching the layline dissapear below us out of sight letting the boats to the left in in front!

Bloody wingged shitters! ;)

Was good racing even though it was a strong wind warning, some quick downwind rides!

Two more results including what is supposed to be the passage race. Peow peow shaw 650 just ahead of the egan 727 blokes world overall now.

Looks like some really good close racing although surprised to see elapsed times with a few boats faster or slower than expected in race 4.

Once the first discard kicks in results will be even tighter!

Any reports from ppl who r actually there would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like some awesome conditions that's for sure.

Breeze was pretty solid, maybe a bit less than yesterday but still up to around 20. Pretty classic Moreton Bay vertical chop making the upwind stuff chunky and A fair bit of two sail reaching which spread the fleet out a bit more than the windward leewards. As usual, the guys that sailed well got rewarded and corrected times are still pretty close.

Looks like Barney's spice rack is really worth .005 on SMS - he flew today after leaving it on the dock!
