Does the tracker feed into yachts data, or just take direction and distance/speed from between timed GPS positions, so an average for whatever the time gap is? If so, what interval - 5 sec, 30 sec, 2min? Then there's the question about how often they update the data to the online tracker, seems to vary between 5min and 30min.

I'm thinking something has to be wrong with BG. Consistently slow, along with WT.

BG appears to have had mostly terrible calls course-wise throughout the last 24-36 hours but now they should just be going like stink.

Maybe just after they turn right but WO has turned and dropped to 15k. Expect more speed drops.

My best guess is independent data continually updated to the server then update online in some order.

Gia just passed BG, both closing on BJ

BG getting done easily now by both 70's - thought they would be the fastest on the track in these conditions, or too much downwind vmg for the platform? PL has certainly been lighting up in this stuff.

Yeah when they had the 50nm lead and 5 knots of boat speed on Loyal I said they should back off to ensure the win.

5 mins later then where showing 23.5 knots, I cracked a huge smile and thought wow! As I said at the time, no better place in the workd to be right now than on the deck on WOXI!!!

To dominate Speedramblerloyal so convincingly ( and all others over the last 8 years ) surely we can crown WOXI the best SUPERMAXI and crew in the world today.
