What were the failures you encountered there? Thought the constrictors are very reliable when it comes to opening them?Within a year we were putting someone up the rig every time we dropped the main.
Oh, I hadn't heard that you can trip up the constrictor like that. Good to know.pulling too hard on the trip line.

My experience as well over many years. And not just limited to the countries mentioned. Trains usually beat jets for any short haul destination in Europe, if you count in the taxi rides to and from the airport.the train system around Denmark, Nth Germany and Holland where impeccable, far simpler than flying and quite possibly quicker.
