Is the fisherman taking resources out of public property without a license? Is that really capitalism or plain old expropriation? is there a difference?

Other questions, of course, are: Is that US Forest Service land? A National Park? Is that lake behind a Federal dam? Who is preserving the water quality? Who stocked the lake with fish for our intrepid angler? Did they both drive on public highways to get there?

So little capitalism is in that picture, but so much socialism.
