The Australian Christian/atheist/agnostic/couldn't give a fuck Sydney-Hobart racers habit c1970's of eating at Jewish restaurants (specifically the Cosmopolitan Restaurant in Double Bay, Sydney) arose from the lack of other open Restaurants on Christmas Day. I can vouch for this. Can't remember the hosts' names now, but they accepted our booking year after year.

Okay, bullshitter.

That's the equivalent of "Everyone ELSE is!" I never had that accepted by my parents, nor do I accept it from my children.
