There is fraud, runs about 1 in every 300,000 votes over many elections. Recently the majority of those are Republicans.... and in the worst of cases it is not even close to affecting an election.

It's reasonable to question that. In Russian politics, anything is possible. But, regardless of all that, it's nice to think that Putin might be living in profound fear for his own life.
