Maybe now you will understand how easily Republicans become unhinged.

At least he stopped spraying his hair on.

Ohio students got frustrated with the slow schoolboard response to a teacher who 'celebrated' black history month with a picture of an orangutan eating watermelon. They organized a walkout in protest, the teacher is no longer employed.
"We are the children who sat there and had to look at the image the whole time in the news show. It was hurtful. It was wrong altogether. So we definitely had to say something about it," Milner told WSYX. "I was confused. I was angry. There were so many emotions going on in my head."
After talking for a few days about what had happened, Milner was ready to take some kind of action, with the protest coming together in only a matter of hours.
“At the end, I was getting emotional because I didn’t think everybody was going to come, especially with me being a middle schooler,” Milner said. “I had the high schoolers there too, and I was just overwhelmed. It was just amazing to know that everybody was there to support and really cares.”

The protest lasted for approximately one hour Friday afternoon.

Ohio…it’s so common to hear Michiganders refer to our neighbor as ‘the worst state in the nation.’

I’ve not done that, but it’s commonplace, beyond the football rivalry.

I admit I never expected to end up here. It's not all bad, but we have our share of idiots that rival Kansas for political myopia. Fortunately, our water is still safe to drink (except when the pond scum gets too thick by Toledo). We generally mock Kentucky as possessing all of our 'fine' qualities even worse than we do, plus being inbred. At least our lead free children were able to think more clearly than the adults last week. :p
