There are so many ways to interpret that seemingly simple question. For instance, in certain locations where the majority of the culture may be black, whites may not be welcome. So the person answering the pole may not be saying "It's not ok for people to be white". They might be answering "Where I live, white people are often singled out."

You are drawing conclusions from a very poorly worded question.

I patently *REFUSE* to believe that 47% of black people think that being white is somehow intrinsically a bad thing. That claim is straight up bullshit on it's face.

Rasmussen doesn't conduct polls, it pushes them. Then it veneers the requested results with the illusion of a process.
