"Drivers, Race Track, Shifting Gears" - FFS does Nathan Outteridge know he's commentating a sailing boat race or is he auditioning for an ///F1 gig?
Broadcast swapped to Duke, Freeview #13.Running overtime, TVNZ not covering the race any more, fortunately that we still have the YouTube feed.
Have you ever been on a racing sailboat?"Drivers, Race Track, Shifting Gears" - FFS does Nathan Outteridge know he's commentating a sailing boat race or is he auditioning for an ///F1 gig?
Just gone back on to get the link and the replay is STILL crystal clear even full screen on my 24"monitor (haven't tried plugging the computer in to the 75" TV yet. Clearly the band width is not as good on The Moon as it is in Southern China.Would you mind sharing exactly which YT video link you're watching that is "crystal clear", because the one I'm watching is only available in 360p resolution and is so macroblocky on a 65" screen I can barely even read the sponsor names on the 'sails'
I hadn't, but a big-time European broadcast partnership of Austrian production company West4Media and German broadcast manufacturer Riedel Communications. Selected in an open tender process. They have nearly 60 years of combined experience with major sporting events. They have scored six sports production Emmy Awards between them. Specialists in broadcast production, camera technology, and communications. Partners' work includes Formula 1, Summer and Winter Olympics, Red Bull Air Races, etc.
$10/wk is highway robbery. I use Private Internet Access and it's $40 a year - can set to Canada or even NZL. There are likely other, less expensive options than VPNBoss. On an iPhone in the US, I downloaded the VPNBoss app, set it to Canada, YT was perfectly smooth. You just open the app, press Connect, fire up YT, later press Disconnect.
Apple sent me a purchase confirmation email, the price is $10/wk and you can subscribe/unsubscribe easily.
Thanks, will try some of the others being mentioned. Will stick with BossVPN for today’s finale, since a week has been paid for and since it works so well.$10/wk is highway robbery. The live link on YouTube doesn’t show up until ten minutes before startStill cannot find a YouTube link for tomorrow. Do I miss something?
Hmm, I could post the links for the past three days all together at least halb a day in advance. But I'll try to be patient this time. The live link on YouTube doesn’t show up until ten minutes before start

Thank fuck you were right about the mistake! So I at least had a look at the delayed coverage & to give credit where it's due NBCSN is doing a great job, making things as frustrating as possible. An edge of the seat match race breaks out & what do we do? pile on the commercials & skip most of the critical moments of course! You are indeed correct and I hadn't noticed that. The listing says "Day 1" which makes no sense. Hopefully the intern just forgot to update the tag. If NBC Sports is just replaying the first day and ignoring today's races then they are making a bad situation worse.
Thanks, but I'm not in a blocked country. It's just that tomorrow's link has not yet been published. All good (for me at least).astro said:Download TOR browser, works fine if you are in a blocked country. Watch it on their website or Youtube.
Still very pissed-off about the difference between the rhetoric and the reality of the broadcasting. I get that they have to rake in some money, but Dalton did (many times and repeatedly) make claims that this was going to be different, free to air.
My view of Dalton has changed over this, trust in what he says is gone. He's just like the rest of them, full of bullshitting spin when it suits.
The ability to see the event in the country I live in has not changed much from the AC35, still have to either pay something or cheat the system, Not happy about either.
I'm pretty sure he's had enough of after race interviews tooNice that they let Tuke do the after race interview, I have had enough of Burling.
