They will have known at least 3 or 4 hours before would would have been golden in allowing businesses to alert their staff in time for opening as soon after midday as possible.

They are happy to use the emergency comms system when it suits them, but not when it would mean missing an opportunity to bask in the media.

Having as much self belief in ANY government like you do is just bizarre, let alone THIS government.
