When you have the urge to go absolutely medieval on this persons face, Physically alter the geographical planes , purely because they have a kind face.... Kind of face you would never ever get tired of punching..... This person is an Oxygen thief, with ZERO redeeming features or competencies, less than economical with the truth who could not find the word accountability with a road map, a GPS, Both hands and a flashlight in the OXford Dictionary..... don't get me started..... I've warmed to Jimmy this time around. He's got a lot of experience, and has matured. He's not the skipper this time around, so he can't really just go mouthing off like he used to.

I agree, the "pitbull" persona was sort of pushed on him by the media and he ran with it. He has certainly reinvented himself this time and seems a much nicer character.

Oh god I had to dismiss a total muppet last year.

He had been with the company 3 years by the time I took over the team. Had an HR file 3 inches thick and still drawing a salary.

Worst worker (if you can call him that) I ever met. Luckily he did so little that there wasn't that much mess to clean up.

Too late to change the rules, obviously. But unless the Class Rule changes for next time, then it is blatantly obvious the min is set too low, since foiling boats falling off foils has led to disastrously macabre scenes. 

If the wind limit is changed the foil and sails will change to take advantage and the boats will still be marginal at the limits. You're dreaming.
