Will PB manage to win a start today ?
Does it matter when your nearly 4 knots faster? They changed their main clew before yesterday and Nathan said the camber on their main was incredible. also they are tacking so fast now I don't think it matters if PB loses the start? Luna Rossa won both starts yesterday

I think Dalton has been exemplary as a CEO over the course of this defence
yep the vibe I'm getting is the Italians threatened to pick up their handbags and go play somewhere else exactly one time too many and Dalts came up with plan B, wonder if LV is waiting in the wings too?

Dalt's is Binary...  Know's what he wants..... Have to admire the man having put up with all the "tall poppy shite" that he's had to deal with.... true he doesn't help himself, as has been said before he is "Old School" - works for me
Won that cup, now looking to defend it successfully, hell of a sporting CV

Might be great for running the team but the relationship with LR seems to be destroyed and they provided a huge amount of support over the years.

Betcha Pete ain’t so lucky today

Great racing. I hope they follow up with racing round the world like GP. Maybe just hold the original schedule ACWS this year?

There is more behind that than has reached the public eye.... like many other things in life..... "Divorce or separation" happens within relationships,.

As in the life of Brian... "Yet ye amongst without Sin casteth the 1st stone.... Mother!"

As I understand it the Challenge has to be presented by an "Elected Officer" of the challenging Yacht Club (Commodore) in person - you can guarantee that talks have been underway for months

I've warmed to Jimmy this time around. He's got a lot of experience, and has matured. He's not the skipper this time around, so he can't really just go mouthing off like he used to.

A couple of cracks appeared in the 2 helm setup yesterday - they didn't anticipate that pass until way too late.
JS seems to gel very well with FB and the rest of the crew... and that's what matters, more than any attitude he may or may not have at a press conference.

With the Poms becoming the Challengers of Record and the Italians losing today or tomorrow I wonder what Mr Prada will do.?
I think he is done! Spithill will almost certainly leave, maybe reunite with Ben or trying to get an Australian Challenge going!

I have to say Jimmy/Ben/Slingers were an amazing Afterguard in SF 2013. Big mistake to break them up after that "Come from behind Win".
