I just looked it up. As a red state, TN is anti-public schools and is trying to destroy them with voucher programs. Therefore, the parents get to have their private school tuition paid, and the public school defunded. The Scopes Monkey Trial is one obvious reason. Since it isn't safe for children to attend public schools anymore, this is a way for parents to be confident their little kidlets will be protected from science and other non white Christian thoughts, while their 2A target rights are still exercised. Ohio actually paid for a NAZI school using this system. Any security will be paid by the taxpayer, at the expense of the local public school.
The shooter was also white. That is clearly the common denominator in the last several mass shootings, so white people of any gender shouldn't have guns.
