Almost certainly a Farr 33 sans keel.

Too bad. I really like those boats.

Where is it and is it for sale?

Of course without keel and rig it is worthless.

Obviously a centerboard boat designed for planing downwind.
That was my thought, or lift keel/daggerboard. The original Farr 37 was one, fer example.

But I think much more likely it's been unbolted and removed
{edit to add} Curse you, 12Metre, you beat me to it plus nice pics!

Don't have pics of the craigslist ad of it on me rn, but the ad said it was a Farr 37 for $100 in Marion, MA. The craigslist ad for it was taken down recently so these pics must of come from the person who picked it up. It would of been a cool boat to pick up and fix but also a good 3,951 lbs lead mine if I've ever seen one.

Could be a 37 - the 33 and 37 have a similar look.

If it was advertised at $100 - no way the keel and rig were included.

Assuming it sold, someone just paid $100 to assume a $2,000 liability (rough estimate to demo and send to landfill).

Demo costs may be less in USA, but that is roughly what we would charge to demo and dispose of a boat that size.

These were the screenshots I got of the ad before it was taken down. It still has the keel so who ever picked it up got that. The ad said it was "fully equipped" so it might of had the rig and sail with it but who knows they could of just been talking about the hardware on the deck. You were right about the possible landfill cost to toss what's left of the boat when your done scrapping it. I did talk to my dad who scraps out boat like this in his free time and he said to dispose of the hull once the keel, engine, tanks(fresh water, grey water, diesel), and anything else valuable is taken off of the boat it would cost probably 2-3k to dump it at a landfill. Lead is about $0.44/lbs so keel is probably worth about $1,700. Its got 6 winches on it which could fetch you a few extra hundred dollars. You add in the spars, possible sail, and any other good hardware on the and you could come away with a profit. You do have to get that boat anchor of a motor out and dispose of that since the ad says it junked. So it might of been a good scrap, just have to have had checked it out first to make sure its got the goods.

I tried to search the Documentation number but screwed up the first search, and only one search is allowed. I tried clearing cache and even using a different browser, but no soap. What boat was this??
.

Its a Farr 33 built by Annapolis Custom Yachts. FYD Design No 145
I think your right I found this article that mentions Sea Circus a Farr 33 out of the Beverly Yacht Club back from 2002.

It looks like the original owner died years ago so maybe the person who posted the ad didn't know exactly what it was.

I wish I knew. Looks like it was nice diagonal planked once upon a time. With an actual bronze pulpit!
